1. The service

Sandler Digital Advisory LLC operates ihate.social. The service helps prepare social posts and replies from material you provide, connect social accounts, and schedule or send content you approve. Access is currently limited to the private pilot. Features may change, be unavailable, or have usage limits.

2. Your account and permissions

Use an account you control. Only connect social accounts and Pages you are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your workspace without permission.

Connecting an account gives the service the permissions you authorize through the connection flow. It does not authorize every possible post or reply. The current pilot requires your approval of the content before scheduling or sending.

3. Your material and AI drafts

You retain your rights in the material you provide. You permit us and the service providers involved to store and process that material as needed to provide the features you use, including drafting, revision, and publishing at your direction.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you submit and content you publish. AI output may be inaccurate, unoriginal, or unsuitable. Check factual claims, permissions, and tone before approving it. We do not promise that generated content is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, infringement, unauthorized account access, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits. Follow the rules of each social platform you connect.

5. Scheduling and external services

Social connections and delivery depend on Zernio and the relevant platforms. They can reject content, change permissions, impose limits, or become unavailable. Scheduling confirmation is not a guarantee of publication, reach, engagement, or business results.

If a delivery result is uncertain, check its status before submitting another copy. Editing and cancellation of already scheduled posts are not yet available in the app. Contact us for help; a request does not confirm cancellation. Removing a local draft or disconnecting from this site should not be treated as cancellation of a scheduled post.

6. Prices and payment

This site does not currently sell subscriptions or prepaid credits. The pricing page describes a proposed launch plan. Any future paid offer must state its price, allowances, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. These drafts do not authorize a charge.

7. Data and ending access

The privacy notice describes the information processed by the pilot. You can stop using the site and request account help through Contact. Data deletion and export are handled manually during the pilot.

Access may be restricted to address abuse, unauthorized use, security issues, or the end of the pilot. Keep your own copy of material you need; the pilot is not an archival service.

8. Limitations and changes

The pilot is provided on an as-available basis. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free drafts, or successful delivery by another platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

We will date revisions to these pages. Public-launch terms will need to be finalized before customer onboarding opens.
