PRIVACY NOTICE · PRIVATE PILOT

What happens to your information.

This notice describes the current pilot, including optional analytics. Public-launch retention schedules and legal review are still being finalized. Updated 4 September 2026.

Who is responsible?

ihate.social is operated by Sandler Digital Advisory LLC. You can reach us through the contact page about your information or this notice.

What we process, and why

  • Account information: ChatGPT sign-in supplies an account identifier, email, and available profile information so we can recognize you and restrict workspace access. The sign-in flow does not supply your ChatGPT conversation history.
  • Your work: the business brief, website material, writing examples, preferences, and editorial rules you save; drafts, revisions, approvals, and scheduling details needed to provide the workflow.
  • Connected social accounts: platform names, account identifiers, imported posts, and available engagement data used to manage connections and inform drafts.
  • Inbox material: names or handles, comments, messages, thread context, and reply drafts when you use the inbox features. This may include other people’s information.
  • Operational information: usage counters, action status, and technical information used to deliver the service, enforce limits, and diagnose failures.

Which services are involved?

The current pilot uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and ChatGPT sign-in, with Cloudflare infrastructure and database storage. Relevant source material is sent through OpenRouter to the selected model provider when you request AI writing or review. The provider can depend on the model configured for the service. When you ask us to read a website, we retrieve its public page and check its domain through Cloudflare DNS. If we cannot extract enough readable writing directly, Jina Reader receives its URL to try retrieving the text. Website setup uses that text to propose a business summary, voice, and sample posts; your tone choices are saved with your workspace.

If you email us, Namecheap forwards your message to our business inbox. We use the address, message, and any attachments you send to respond and handle your request.

If you join the waitlist, Kit (our email provider) stores your email address so we can tell you when there’s a spot.

Zernio handles connected social services, history retrieval, and approved publishing or replies. The social platforms receive content you send to them. Google Analytics receives optional measurement information only after analytics consent on this site.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and policies. Our API keys stay on the server. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, or material you are not authorized to share.

Analytics is optional.

If you allow analytics, Google receives page views and named actions such as saving a draft or clicking the demo, together with the device and connection information used by its service. We use this to understand how people find the product and where it needs work.

Our measurement events exclude names, email addresses, source text, drafts, writing instructions, and private messages. We remove unknown query parameters and fragments, and use predefined campaign labels. Advertising personalization and session recordings are not enabled.

No analytics script loads before opt-in. You can decline and still use the product. “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of a page lets you change your choice. Declining after allowing removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. Your choice is saved in this browser; another browser or device can have a different choice.

Sign-in and other storage needed to operate the service are separate from optional analytics. Google’s privacy policy explains Google’s processing.

How long does information stay?

Saved workspace material remains in the pilot database until it is changed or manually removed. There is not yet an automatic retention or account-deletion schedule. “Leave this one out” archives a draft; it does not erase the database record. Signing out does not delete your work.

Deletion from ihate.social does not automatically remove a published post, cancel scheduled delivery, or erase copies held by a provider. Those actions need to be handled separately with the relevant service. Backup and provider retention must be confirmed as part of a deletion request; we do not promise immediate removal from every system.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your saved brief and drafts, decline analytics, and choose which accounts to connect and which content to send. During the pilot, requests to access, export, correct, or delete account data are handled manually. Use Contact; we may need to verify control of the account.

Your rights depend on applicable law and may include objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to a data protection authority. This notice does not limit those rights. The public-launch notice will need to confirm applicable processing grounds and retention periods.

Changes and contact

We will update this notice as the service changes and date the revision. See Legal for operator details and Contact for privacy questions.
